Connie Williams

Connie Williams is the CEO and Founder of Chances Community Network, LP, a community-centered business and economic development firm serving small businesses, nonprofits, and public-sector partners. She is a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor, NMLS-licensed mortgage professional, Certified Online Business Manager (OBM), and Certified Financial Literacy Counselor with extensive experience in business operations, mortgage lending and underwriting, community reinvestment, and organizational compliance. Connie specializes in translating regulatory and policy requirements into practical, sustainable systems that advance economic opportunity and community revitalization, particularly within underserved and low-to-moderate income communities.
