 Y.E.L.L. — Youth Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Life Skills — is a youth development initiative of Chances Community Network designed to help young people develop entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy, leadership skills, career readiness, and an ownership mindset. 

Y.E.L.L. is designed primarily for youth and teens interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, business, careers, and personal development. Specific age and grade requirements may vary by program, cohort, or activity. 

 No. Participants do not need to already have a business or business idea. Y.E.L.L. helps young people discover their interests, develop ideas, learn practical skills, and explore different pathways to entrepreneurship and career success.
